A physician-built travel planning service for every traveler — designed with care, flexibility, and intension.
My mission is simple: travel for real bodies and real lives.
Whether you’re planning a restorative getaway, navigating health considerations, or just want a smoother, more thoughtful experience, we meet you where you are.
Accessible, wellness-led travel shouldn’t require medical training—but it helps.
Lotus Wellness Travel blends expert travel design with a health-aware, inclusive approach to create journeys that feel safe, supportive, and truly enjoyable - for all bodies, at every stage of life.
Using a travel advisor doesn’t cost you more—and often gets you more.
Hotels pay travel agencies for bringing them direct business. In fact, hotels typically pay lower commissions to travel advisors than to large online booking platforms, which means they have more flexibility to extend added value to guests who book through an advisor.
That’s where I come in.
Whether you’re making a new reservation or adjusting an existing one, I can often secure benefits you wouldn’t receive booking on your own, such as:
Complimentary daily breakfast
$100+ resort, spa, or dining credits
Priority for room upgrades (when available)
Early check-in or late check-out
Personalized service requests and accessibility needs noted in advance
Through my host agency, I have access to preferred partnerships with over 5,000 hotels worldwide, spanning boutique properties, wellness retreats, and major luxury brands. These relationships allow me to advocate for you—so your stay is smoother, more comfortable, and more thoughtfully supported, at no additional cost.
In short: you pay the same, but travel with more care, flexibility, and perks—without the guesswork.

(I like to be an expert before I help others with something, so I’m starting slow with hotel bookings for now). Additional travel planning services will launch in March 2026.
About
Courtney’s medical background adds an extra layer of care, not a narrow focus. Whether you’re a new or seasoned traveler, traveling with family, navigating accessibility needs, or simply wanting a more intentional, lower-stress experience, she designs trips that prioritize:
Thoughtful accommodations and transport
Smooth logistics and realistic pacing
Accessibility and comfort as a standard, not an afterthought
Proactive planning and risk reduction to enhance peace of mind
Health-aware itineraries and pacing
Advocacy-forward, accessible experiences
Why plan with me? Who am I?
I’m a full-time hospitalist physician and “all of my other-time” traveler living as a brain cancer survivor. I have always loved to travel, but ever since my 2020 cancer diagnosis, I’ve lived with a bucket-list-now mindset taking me around the world, traveling not like life is ending, but like it’s always beginning. Travel brings me joy, perspective, and hope. I fully believe travel helps health and wellness. In fact, It’s one of my favorite “medical supplements” 🌍
Terminal illness? No thanks.
Terminal One—international departures? Always. 💼✈️
My mission is to make travel more accessible for everyone. I hope to design restorative, thoughtful trips with advocacy-forward, accessible experiences at top of mind (not as an afterthought) for all.
“Courtney helped us plan a trip to Thailand. She was Aaahmazing!”
